We will accomplish this goal by building open access fiber networks in communities to a) stimulate broadband competition; b) improve services while lowering cost; and c) providing direct access to ePrograms such as telehealth, tele-education, etc. without the Internet.

Because each eCommunity™ is formed locally, it remains rooted in the community where citizens, businesses, and government agencies can be vested members, thus ensuring equal connectivity to all citizens.
Each eCommunity™ is operated by A2D Inc., a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC). We aim to provide fiber connectivity anywhere it does not exist.
Our unique open access model is simple. eCommunity builds, owns and manages a new fiber network delivered to your home and/or business. Our network is separate of your old existing cable or phone lines; open for any qualified provider to use. So now you can choose from multiple Internet/TV/phone providers and get the best and affordable service you need.
